I am passionate about emerging web based technologies. I believe in innovation and the opportunities that it presents to us as technical developers. By integrating web, mobile, big data, analytics, and hardware interfaces with the rapidly evolving IoT landscape, we can enjoy a synergistic level of invention based technology previously unattainable.
To help satisfy my ongoing desire to embrace emerging technologies, I have been building a collection of personal pet projects. My objective has been to identify a need and produce a complete solution using various technologies, as often as possible. Some of these projects have made their way into various app stores, some have served as proof of concept models for additional development implementation, and some have found their way to production.
Working for several large aerospace companies does not typically allow me to pubically share my work and accomplishments. Although many of these projects may mention a company name for demonstration purposes, the work is my own and completed on my own time. The one exception is the "ARPF" project which which was built at a General Dynamics facility which no longer exists. These projects in no way represent any corporation, and reflect no liability on any company. -

Project Name: Annika's Attitude Review Description: A hardware interface application integrating a computer UI with RFID. Technologies: In addition to RFID, this includes additional circuitry for the 5 volt output to relay the 9 volts required by the solenoid. Project Name: DriveTime Description: An application that automatically responds to your text messages. This was the winner of the first Boeing Shark Tank Competition and was selected as a Boeing Enterprise Standard to promote safety for Boeing employees and their families.
